Our Design Process
At Maison Lux Designs, we believe that it is essential to follow a design approach that is a combination of both a client’s aspirations and personal style. Our goal is that the our process will exceed your expectations, with a design that is timeless and makes you fall in love with a space every time you see it.
Development
This stage follows the Concept stage to finalise the details of the design. We present the developed details, in a realistic 3D renderings. In this stage, the overall design is finalised.
Delivery
The team will work on acquiring the furniture, and accessories, through our trusted partners and carefully selected suppliers. In addition, for clients across the region, we are are able to suggest suitable sub-contractors and assist with the project where necessary. For those requiring e-design solutions only, we will provide a suggested list of items that can be procured from furniture outlets in their cities or online.
Completion
Our experienced team will oversee the transformation of your vision to reality. We will coordinate, and manage the process. Comprehensive quality checks will be conducted to ensure that the project is delivered to perfection. Once complete, the property is ready to be delivered, with everything in place, as planned.
